Sam joined ChandlerKBS in 2016 as a Cost Manager to support our commercial management services for TfW on the £5billion Wales and Borders Rail Service procurement and became an Associate in 2021. He has established himself as a key member of the TfW commercial team and has worked on several strategically important projects including the South Wales Metro where he led the TfW discussions with the Welsh European Funding Office. Sam is now leading the commercial team on the Infrastructure Manager role and will continue to support TfW in this role as well as looking to develop other opportunities with TfW and in the wider rail sector.
