Kevin joined ChandlerKBS in 2004 as a Cost Manager, working primarily in the utilities sector in Scotland and became an Associate in 2021. Kevin relocated to our Dusseldorf office between 2007 and 2009 where he worked on numerous prestigious hotel projects and other commercial developments throughout Europe. In 2009, he moved to the Belfast Office and has successfully worked on a range of high profile infrastructure projects with major clients, progressing to Senior Quantity Surveyor and RICS Chartered status in 2014. In recent years, Kevin has been working predominantly in the rail sector in Northern Ireland, and has been instrumental in growing our business in the sector. He has also undertaken Expert Witness work during his time in the Belfast office.
