John joined ChandlerKBS in September 2019 as a Senior Consultant to lead a programme of work at South West Water (SWW) having previously been an Associate Director at Gleeds and an International Construction Director. Shortly after joining CKBS, John began offering support to the client on shaping the SWW, NSA (Network Service Alliance), implementing contract programmes and championing the planning and scheduling discipline. He has introduced new process and governance initiatives into SWW which continue to offer new opportunities for our growth. He became a Partner in January 2023 having been involved in cross selling into the Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII) framework that was secured in Dublin, through our Belfast office. This commission was initially to build cost based Power BI dashboards for them, however this has been proactively developed into a follow on commission to develop an OPC, introducing its project, cost and governance functionalities. This has been possible through nurturing and directional engagement with the client, facilitated by John and his key team members. John is based in our Exeter office.
