Ian is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and Chartered Institution of Highways and Transportation, with experience in the civil engineering and construction sectors. He has led framework and project commercial teams in the rail, highways, aviation, water and general civil engineering sectors. Ian’s expertise includes cost planning and estimating, commercial management, financial reporting, commercial due diligence, NEC contract drafting and application, procurement strategy and tendering.
