Gareth is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and member of the Association of Project Managers with extensive project management and cost management experience across a wide range of industry sectors including utilities, energy, education, leisure, health, industrial, regeneration and blue light. He has significant experience of managing long term frameworks with key clients and providing support with strategic initiatives, governance controls and continuous improvement. Gareth understands the key issues involved in delivering effective cost management, risk management, contract management, programme delivery and pro-active financial control.
