About the project

ChandlerKBS provided cost management services on this prestigious project.  The project comprised the refurbishment of the entire College campus set within a conservation area at Denmark Hill, South London.  Over 20 buildings were refurbished to provide a 21st century training centre for Salvation Army cadets. The majority of the buildings are Grade II listed.

The project included the construction of a new central meeting facility known as the hub, constructed primarily of glass and copper.  The remainder of the buildings were taken back to shell with new mechanical and electrical services installations throughout.  A re-roof of all buildings was also carried out.
