About the project
ChandlerKBS Partner Simon Lander undertook the role of Rail Capital Programme Manager leading the Welsh Government rail investment programme across Wales interfacing with the Network Rail Wales senior management team as well as leading the delivery of railway enhancements, including new stations, accessible footbridges and the North South Wales Journey Time Reduction project.
In addition, ChandlerKBS managed the development programme and provided commercial support for Metro, an ambitious integrated public transport and transformation programme across south east Wales with a forecast capital cost in excess of £2 billion over 10 years.
