About the project
This circa £17 million project involved the design and construction of a multi-use academic building comprising iPad provision lecture rooms, teaching and learning spaces, changing facilities, social meeting spaces, cafeteria, offices, associated external works, fully furnished and fitted out.
ChandlerKBS provided project management services within the UEL in-house project team and was responsible for managing the full project budget, including all fees, direct contracts and VAT.
Where possible materials were supplied from sustainable sources in order to achieve the BREEAM very good rating.
