About the project
ChandlerKBS provided NEC3 project and cost management services, and advice in respect of the fit out to ensure a smooth transition into the operational phase for this new 46,000 sqft, 100-bed hotel, located at the entrance to Milford Waterfront with a restaurant and bar, a private dining area, and an activity suite within the ground floor. This exciting project has attracted further investment and staycations, providing a new sense of place to Milford Waterfront on the Pembrokeshire Coast. The hotel forms part of a wider waterfront masterplan redevelopment in Milford Haven and is operated by Newport-based Celtic Manor Resort, as part of their expanding portfolio.
