ChandlerKBS provided pre contract Employer's Agent and Cost Management Services on the redevelopment of a former multi storey car park and office building, in readiness for providing a new transport hub, 330 space underground car park and 300,000 sq ft commercial and retail space in the centre of Cardiff.
