About the project
ChandlerKBS was commissioned in this circa Euro 23.4 million project to undertake the cost and project management, site supervision and FF&E procurement of the refurbishment of the Steigenberger Park hotel. This involved the soft refurbishment of 321 bedrooms and the hard refurbishment of the public areas. The hotel remained in operation throughout the construction works.
