About the project
ChandlerKBS provided contract advice and procurement services to Sellafield for various projects including the Box Encapsulation Plant, the Infrastructure Strategic Alliance and the Design Services Alliance.
This work included
Developing incentivisation models for new long term framework management including strategic, annual and project mechanisms with a focus on moving towards more planned and less emergent/reactive works.
Supporting existing Alliance teams to identify areas for commercial improvements.
Procurement strategy advice and provision of Acquisition Strategy incorporating relevant
subcontract strategies.
Developing viable procurement options, including market testing for fit and market
engagement for input and buy-in.
Engaging key project stakeholders in shaping the preferred commercial approach.
