About the project
ChandlerKBS provided Project and Cost Management services for the €10.5million programme of renovation works on this stylish hotel with a city hub location next to Stockholm Central Station.
The project comprised the full renovation of 105 guestrooms, 3 suites and 18 junior suites, along with the soft renovation of 333 guest rooms with all corridors. Hard renovation works were also carried out in the public areas on the ground and 1st floors, including the lobby, bar, the Stockholm Fisk restaurant and kitchen, and the Sky Bar on the 9th floor.
The hotel remained in operation throughout the fast track refurbishment works.
