Radisson Blu Airport Hotel Oslo Gardermoen Norway

ChandlerKBS provided Project Management, Cost Management, Site Coordination and Inspection services for the €2.1 million renovation of this hotel located on the Oslo Airport Site (Gardermoen), linked to the terminal by a covered walkway.

Works comprised the light renovation of 150 bedrooms and bathrooms, including corridors and circulation spaces, spread over 5 floor within the live hotel. 

The project commenced with a staggered ‘take over’ and ‘acceptance’ programme which was critical for guest displacement and flight crew occupation, and was successfully handed over on time and budget with immediate occupation.

With a constant high occupancy due to its location, catering not only for traveling guest, flight crews, but also cancellations and delays., this lively hotel is never empty.
