About the project
ChandlerKBS provided the cost and project management, construction supervision, programming/scheduling and FF&E procurement on this project.
Works comprised the full renovation of 197 Guestrooms, 6 Suites and 3 new long-stay apartments, full renovation of Bathrooms as well as the refurbishment of corridors, staircases and circulation spaces.
Full Renovation of Public area including Reception, Lobby, Bar & Restaurant and the refurbishment of Meeting and Events areas.
The hotel remained in operation throughout the fast track renovation works and the project was successfully completed and handed over on time and budget with immediate occupation.
