About the project
ChandlerKBS prepared the capital allowances claim on the development of a new build Premier Inn hotel, Southgate, North London. Completion was in June 2017 and consisted of the construction of a six storey, 90 bed Premier Inn hotel within the grounds of the existing Grange office development.
