About the project
ChandlerKBS was appointed to oversee the cost management and project management to the Windsor Castle Hotel and the Queens Hotel Cheltenham. The scope of works was for a full refurbishment of both hotels to cover all bedrooms, ground floor public areas including the reception, lounge, bar and restaurant. Project costs were circa £4 million.
