About the project
ChandlerKBS was commissioned to carry out the cost and project management for the renovation of 553 guestrooms in this 1025 bedroom hotel. A full refurbishment was also completed of the ground floor public areas and basement meeting rooms. Project cost Euro 25.5 million.
