About the project
ChandlerKBS was commissioned to carry out the conversion and remodelling of an existing hotel into the first Kimpton boutique hotel outside of the US. The refurbishment of this 274 bedroom hotel including all public areas cost Euro 19 million. ChandlerKBS carried out the cost and project management, site supervision and FF&E and OSE procurement. The hotel closed during the refurbishment process.
