About the project
This 102,000 sq ft, high specification, eight storey office building providing capacity for up to 800 staff and includes a double height client experience and state of the art conference facilities.
ChandlerKBS provided cost management services in respect of Hugh James' CAT A&B fit out works, as well as acting as Tenant Surveyor to monitor the base build works. Recently we have provided the project and cost management services associated with the furniture package and have provided procurement support in respect of FM contracts.
