About the project
ChandlerKBS was commissioned to undertake the cost and project management and site supervision of the refurbishment of the Hilton Munich Park Hotel in Munich. The project cost was circa Euro 16 million.
The 484 bedroom hotel was given a complete new fresh and elegant contemporary look by renovating the executive lounge, meeting rooms, lobby, bar, restaurant and guestrooms over 14 floors. Technical and fire life safety installations were updated, such as airhandling units, fire dampers, cold storage rooms and a new air conditioning system.
