About the project
ChandlerKBS is currently providing cost and project management services for the Dwr Cymru Welsh Water AMP6 capital programme. The programme of works covers several hundreds of projects and includes large scale above ground and below ground asset renewal and replacement. Projects ranged from £20,000 to £35million and are delivered under the NEC ECC contract.
Our services include:
Assisting in the determination of budgets, cost modelling, target cost setting, detailed cost reporting and earned value analysis, auditing and agreement of variations, and agreement of final accounts.
NEC ECC contract administration including management of the end-to-end process for project delivery, risk management, programme management and reporting key information.
Risk evaluation management and mitigation.
Specialist procurement advice and support.
