About the project
ChandlerKBS was commissioned to undertake the cost and project management, site supervision, FF&E procurement and CDM Co-ordinator of the refurbishment and rebrand of an existing hotel to a Doubletree By Hilton. Project value circa £11 million.
The project was split between the bedroom / corridors and public areas, with the bedrooms completed on a floor by floor basis. The public areas will be the last phase to be completed prior to official rebranding.
