About the project
ChandlerKBS was appointed by Viridor Waste Management Ltd to develop a capital allowances claim on the Cardiff Energy from Waste Facility (EfW), located at Trident Park, Cardiff. The facility is designed to burn up to 350,000 tonnes of waste a year. Our involvement commenced by providing robust assumptions for the finance model during the bidding stage. We pro-actively developed the detailed assessment during the construction period.
