About the project
ChandlerKBS was involved from inception in the cost management, procurement and contract advice on this £1.6 million project.
The airport remained fully operational whilst this programme of airfield works was undertaken. ChandlerKBS proactively worked with the project manager and BIA operations during the pre-construction phase to meticulously agree the programme and working windows available to successfully complete the works on time and within budget.
