Intermediate Cost Manager (Utilities)

ChandlerKBS provides independent consultancy services throughout the UK and mainland Europe. We work with some of the largest private, public and utility sector clients. Recent expansion of our utilities team means that we are currently seeking to recruit two  Intermediate Cost Managers to join our Cardiff team. One of these roles will require someone who can work in both Bristol and Cardiff and the other role will be based near Swansea. 

The role of Intermediate Cost Manager involves carrying out valuations, budget evaluation and control, agreement of target costs, benchmarking, risk analysis and management. Other responsibilities include monthly reporting, auditing and final accounts. You will be working in a collaborative environment so excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Candidates will be of a graduate calibre and will have experience of working on infrastructure projects and knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
