EDGE Development Gamechanger for East Side Berlin

EDGE are developing a new-build 80,500m2 high-rise in the Friedrichshain Kreuzberg area of Berlin. This is an amazing high-technology healthy building which is a game changer - both environmentally and in terms of urban work/lifestyle expectations for the future.

ChandlerKBS provided pre-contract cost management advice to EDGE on this project.
