Baloise Park Basel, Switzerland

ChandlerKBS is delighted to have been appointed to assist Mövenpick Hotels & Resorts on the hotel element of this new build, mixed use tower development. The 24-storey, 89m high tower is designed by Miller Maranta from Basel and comprises a 5-star Mövenpick hotel, whilst the other 7 storeys are office floors. The hotel itself comprises 264 guestrooms as well as a restaurant, bar, executive lounge, fitness, and conferencing facilities including one of the largest ballrooms in Basel. The interior design was by Mattheo Thun & Partners, Milan.  The hotel is due to open in 2021.
