Senior Project Manager
The Berlin office provides cost and project management, project monitoring and TDD services to a range of private and public sector clients across mainland Europe. Our business is expanding nationally and internationally and as a result we are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager for our Berlin office.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for delivering multiple complex hotel refurbishment projects. They will manage the delivery of work through proactive involvement and through performance management of personnel to ensure work is completed in a timely manner and to a high standard. Other duties will include preparation and evaluation of tenders, contractor / consultant selection and contract documentation.
The successful candidate will have strong leadership qualities and will be able to work as part of an integrated team on a range of projects. They will develop and manage the project programmes and obtain the buy-in of all stakeholders, drive project performance, service delivery, technical and commercial outcomes and undertake reviews, ensuring client delivery is above expectation.
Candidates will have a relevant Engineering or Architectural degree / Diploma qualification and with proven track record of managing hotel refurbishment projects.
The ability to communicate fluently (written and spoken) in German and a good level of English is required.
