Intermediate Cost Manager
ChandlerKBS provides independent consultancy services throughout the UK and mainland Europe. We work with some of the largest private, public and utility sector clients. Due to continued growth we are seeking an enthusiastic Intermediate Cost Manager to join the team in supporting all aspects of cost management duties.
As an integral member of this successful commercial team you will be responsible for supporting bid and tender preparation and business development; assuming day - to - day delivery responsibility for projects and demonstrate the ability to take on tasks with minimal supervision. Other duties will include preparing budget estimates, cost plans and client reports, providing advice on procurement and contracts, preparing and evaluating tenders, contractor selection and contract documentation.
In order to qualify for this excellent opportunity, we are seeking candidates who have excellent technical knowledge and experience of working on Infrastructure projects. Candidates will ideally be RICS accredited and have extensive knowledge of NEC3 contracts.
