Intermediate Cost Manager (Utilities)
ChandlerKBS is seeking to recruit an Intermediate Cost Manager to work on a utilities contract in Belfast.
The Intermediate Cost Manager will be working in a collaborative environment, therefore good communication and negotiation skills are essential. The role will involve budget evaluation and control, agreement of target costs, benchmarking, risk analysis and management, carrying out monthly valuations.
The Intermediate Cost Manager will be responsible for the collation of early warnings/compensation events, monthly reporting, auditing and final accounts. They will liaise with the client and contractors and participate in the development of good practice initiatives and methodologies for continuous improvement and added value.
A good technical knowledge and experience within the civil engineering and water industry is desirable. Candidates must be degree qualified and have a working knowledge of NEC contracts.
