Assistant Project Manager (Berlin)
The Berlin office provides cost and project management, project monitoring and TDD services to a range of private and public sector clients across Mainland Europe. Our business is expanding nationally and internationally. Recent growth of our construction team means that we are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager.
As an Assistant Project Manager your role will focus on integrated project management tasks for new-build and refurbishment projects. This will include project supervision, providing support in coordinating internal and external project teams, cost management as well as coordinating and negotiating with clients, consultants and authorities.
Candidates must hold a degree in architecture or building engineering and have a proven track record in the building (Hochbau) sector on large scale developments. They will be able to work as part of an integrated team on a range of projects, be confident working under pressure to strict deadlines with minimal supervision.
The role will require candidates who are prepared to travel within Germany and Europe if required. The ability to communicate fluently (written and spoken) in German and English is required.
