News: Salvation Army project commences second stage

Instrumental in the successful pre-development process for The Salvation Army’s William Booth College in London’s Denmark Hill, ChandlerKBS has been retained to cost manage the redevelopment phase right through to completion in autumn 2011.

This two year redevelopment contract, involving £35 million of investment is now underway at this historically important site. The project combines elements of new construction, restoration, renovation and refurbishment to deliver a 21st century campus. This will provide relevant, modern facilities and accommodation for all those entering full time, part time and distance training and study.

ChandlerKBS has enjoyed a ten year history of providing cost and project management and strategic business development advice to The Salvation Army for a variety of developments including residential centres and worship halls across the UK.
