News: Completion of 3 Paris Hotels

ChandlerKBS is pleased to announce the completion of the refurbishment of 3 Hotels in Paris . ChandlerKBS provided cost management, project management and site supervision for the Holiday Inn Republique, Holiday Inn, Gare de L'Est and Mercure Terminus Hotel, Gare du Nord.

The guest rooms and public areas of all 3 hotels were refurbished in phases whilst the hotels remained in operation throughout the works. The Mercure Terminus, Gare du Nord has been redeveloped into a 4 star boutique hotel, the Mercure Terminus Est was rebranded to Holiday Inn, Gare de L' Est and following the completion of the works the Holiday Inn Republique is to be rebranded to a Crowne Plaza.

Commenting on these schemes, Craig Maunder said “We are delighted that we have been instrumental in the successful delivery of these projects. We look forward to continuing our hotel experience in Paris over the coming months, as we have just commenced work on the Radisson Ambassador in the Opera district and the boutique hotel at Beauchamps”.
