Noel Reid

Noel joined ChandlerKBS as a Partner in 2007 and will be developing the business in the South East and overseas. A very experienced project and cost manager with specialist international hotel and leisure experience.

Noel has gained much experience in working with investors, developers and financial instutions in the cost analysis and assessment of the feasibity or proposed developments and providing hands on advice from concept to completion.

Noel has worked on projects in the UK and overseas and has experience in the education, health, residential, commercial and leisure sectors.
