David Beale

David has been with ChandlerKBS since 1995, becoming a Partner in 1997. He is responsible for managing the London office and has considerable experience of public sector procurement, either directly advising the public sector or advising the private sector on PFI/PPP projects.

David's experience spans the sectors of mixed use, hotels, residential, health, education, housing, law & order, leisure and defence.
