Simon Parkhouse

Simon joined ChandlerKBS in 1990, becoming a Partner in 1997. With his background in civil engineering Simon’s expertise lies in leading the cost management service provision teams on civil engineering projects with particular experience in risk management.

Simon has managed the design, construction and development of specialist price databases for a number of engineering clients and is also actively involved in the periodic reviews for UK regulated utility companies.
