Tracy Kearns joined ChandlerKBS in 2005 as a Business Support Manager.
Having worked initially as a Management Accountant within a number of blue chip organisations and in the legal sector, Tracy moved into general management following her MBA.
Tracy is responsible for HR across the practice as well as the strategic management of processes and procedures. She is also the Internal Auditor for our ISO 9001:200 accredited Quality Management System.
