Ian Morris

Ian joined the practice in 1996 and became a Partner in 2008. A highly experienced and motivated individual, Ian is experienced in leading the cost management teams on many high profile schemes, predominantly in the highways and utilities sectors in the UK and Ireland.

His areas of expertise include pre and post contract cost management, risk management and benchmarking.
