Dylan Davies

Dylan joined the practice in 1996, becoming a Partner in 2006. He has extensive experience in the field of capital allowances and regulatory accounting.

He is involved in the preparation and negotiation of capital allowance claims in all market sectors covering new build and property acquisitions. Areas of particular expertise include PFI, lease financing, asset depreciation policies and regulatory reporting for UK utilities.
