Brynmor Hughes
Brynmor, joined ChandlerKBS in 2007 and is responsible for all project management at the Bangor North Wales office. Having spent 15 years in local government, Brynmor has extensive experience of public sector procurement and standing orders relating to contracts. Having been involved in construction both as client, contractor and consultant, Brynmor has a sound working knowledge of most forms of contract including JCT and NEC.
