Case Study: Sunrise Senior Living, Bagshot
ChandlerKBS was commissioned to provide project and cost management, CDM co-ordination and site supervision services for the construction of a new build 79 bedroom elderly care residential complex.
The development included the demolition of an existing building, construction of a new 5,900m2 three storey building with extensive landscaping and associated infrastructure.
The care homes' public and back of house spaces were fully fitted out with FF&E and OSE.
The project was delivered on programme and within budget.
