Case Study: Project Sonne, Wismar, Germany

ChandlerKBS carried out project monitoring and provided extensive support to the client in respect of quality and programme control, as well as stage payment review of this development scheme which is a  partly heritage-listed site in the historic city of Wismar, (which has UNESCO Heritage Status).

The scheme involved conversion and new build construction of a H&M store and residential accommodation and dealt with complicated and sensitive planning, conservation and historic building issues.
