Case Study: Plot 28 Granton Harbour, Edinburgh

ChandlerKBS was instructed by Bank of Scotland to provide an independent commentary on the cost planning, tender documentation and tender return and to carry out a due diligence report prior to the works starting on site, with ongoing project monitoring to the completion of the project at Plot 28 Granton Harbour, Edinburgh.

The project involved the construction of 120 apartments in three residential blocks in a brown field site at Plot 28, Granton Harbour in Edinburgh.

The construction comprised piled foundations with reinforced concrete foundations in a part basement with reinforced concrete retaining walls forming undercroft car parking below one horseshoe main block and podium court yard. Two six storey towers are situated adjacent to the main horse shoeblock.
