Case Study: Peacocks Capital Link

ChandlerKBS were appointed as employers agent and cost managers on this £1.2m fit out scheme for Peacocks.

The new head office, located in Cardiff, totals 60,000 sq ft and accommodates up to 400 employees.

The project was procured via JCT Design and Build 2005 and had a contract duration of 18 weeks. It was completed in August 2010 and was built on time and within budget.
