ChandlerKBS provided the cost and project management and site supervision services for the refurbishment of the 232 guest rooms and public areas. The hotel was redeveloped into a 4 star plus boutique style and will remained in operation throughout the works.

The hotel is part of the portfolio owend by Financiere Libertel 16 and consists of 6 floors of guest rooms. The 1st floor has a meeting area, bar and breakfast room.
