Case Study: Crowne Plaza Republique, Paris

Formally a Holiday Inn the hotel was rebranded to a Crowne Plaza with ChandlerKBS providing the cost and project management and site supervision services for the project. This involved a refurbishment of the 318 guest rooms and public areas including the bar, reception, restaurant, terrace, meeting area and the leisure club.

The work was managed in three phases over a three year period and was completed in summer 2009. The entire refurbishment was carried out with the hotel fully operational.
