ChandlerKBS provided the cost and project management and site supervision services for the hotel which was previously called the Mercure Terminus Est. The work involved a soft refurbishment of the 200 guest rooms over 7 floors as well as the meeting areas, breakfast room, lobby and bar.

As part of the rebranding to Holiday Inn all the fire, lift and safety related works had to be completed to a tight schedule of 3 months.
