Case Study: Dragon 24
RO Developments and the Welsh Assembly Government are working on a joint venture for the creation of new offices in Wales. The scheme Dragon 24, is a key Assembly Government initiative designed to support indigenous businesses and stimulate investment in targeted regeneration locations. Dragon 24 was set up to provide 10 facilities across Wales, two of which have now been completed with the third underway.
The offices consist of nine self-contained office buildings totalling 26,000 sq ft at North Dock, Llanelli, and 16 self-contained office/hi-tech units in two phases totalling 51,000 sq ft at Penllergaer business park, Swansea, combined value at £6.8million.
The development at Llanelli was the first commercial development on the rengerated seafront docks whilst the site at Penllergaer business park is located just off junction 34 of the M4, adjacent to WAG's regional office.
