Investors in People

Our approach to people management is led by our desire to provide the best people to deliver a value adding service for all of our clients. We focus on ensuring that our people have the right knowledge, skills and behaviours to achieve our clients’ objectives, our practice objectives and their own personal objectives.

ChandlerKBS has been Investors in People accredited since June 1998.  Since then we have invested a significant amount of resource into retaining the accreditation and in February 2011 we received an Investors in people 10 year award.

Lifelong learning lies at the heart of IIP and we believe that our commitment to training and developing our people gives them a much greater ability to cope with change, creating a dynamic and flexible workforce. This leads to focused, committed and motivated staff who are capable of delivering an excellent service to our clients.

At the August 2009 and the auditor commented that “the learning and development systems and processes used throughout the organisation and the culture encouraged and achieved represent best practice. This was amongst the best of the companies I have seen in my time as an assessor”. 

In April 2012 the Investors in People Assessor's report described ChandlerKBS as being "progressive and operating with an eye on best practice".  He said that ChandlerKBS has "very clear aims and objectives, refined and supportive systems and procedures, clear leadership and a commendable management style producing total consistency from a motivated and committed team".  The Assessor noted that ChandlerKBS' "values compare very favourably with the principles of Investors resulting in a team that is well equipped to deal with the wide range of clients that they provide an excellent service for".
