Investors in People
Our approach to people management is led by our desire to provide the best people to deliver a value adding service for all of our clients. We focus on ensuring that our people have the right knowledge, skills and behaviours to achieve our clients’ objectives, our practice objectives and their own personal objectives.
ChandlerKBS has been Investors in People accredited since June 1998 and since then we have invested a significant amount of resource into retaining the accreditation.
The latest review took place in August 2009 and the auditor commented that “the learning and development systems and processes used throughout the organisation and the culture encouraged and achieved represent best practice. This was amongst the best of the companies I have seen in my time as an assessor”.
Lifelong learning lies at the heart of IiP and we believe that our commitment to training and developing our people gives them a much greater ability to cope with change, creating a dynamic and flexible workforce. This leads to focused, committed and motivated staff who are capable of delivering an excellent service to our clients.
